"No interior do Ceará, em Itapajé, bem ao pé da serra, encontramos essa parada obrigatória. Com excelente área incrivelmente arejadas, dois salões mobiliados com mesas e bancos talhados em blocos de madeira, atendimento incrível, cerveja de resfriamento impecável. Saboreamos também a tradicional galinha caipira e o raro capote, também conhecido como galinha d'angola. Literalmente caipiras, criação da casa. Amplo estacionamento , recreação com piscina e uma paisagem incrível pois a edificação fica encravada no alto da estrada. É sempre um prazer fazer essa paradinha."
